Meet your local trekking guide in Sapa Town and begin your descent into the breathtaking landscapes of Muong Hoa Valley. The trail winds through layered rice terraces, mountain hillsides, and traditional Black H'Mong villages.
Along the way, your guide shares stories about local culture, farming traditions, and everyday life in the mountains. Continue through Lao Chai Village before following peaceful paths alongside streams and terraced fields toward Ta Van Village, home to the Giay ethnic minority.
Arrive at your homestay in the late afternoon and enjoy a traditional dinner prepared by your host family.

After breakfast, continue deeper into the valley toward Giang Ta Chai, a peaceful Red Dao village surrounded by bamboo forests, waterfalls, and mountain scenery. Walk across suspension bridges, follow forest trails, and learn about Red Dao traditions, herbal medicine, and village life.
Compared with the busier trekking routes closer to Sapa, this section offers a quieter and more authentic experience. The trail gradually descends into Ban Ho, a beautiful Tay village nestled beside the river.
Spend the evening with a local family, enjoy home-cooked dishes, and relax in one of the most peaceful valleys in the region.

Wake up to the sounds of village life before beginning your final day of trekking. The trail climbs gradually toward Nam Toong, a small Red Dao village surrounded by rice terraces and forested hills.
Continue toward Thanh Phu through quiet countryside, passing streams, farms, and traditional village houses rarely visited by large tour groups. After lunch in Thanh Phu, meet your driver and return to Sapa Town.
