You stay on a working plantation in a restored farmhouse, walk the rows with the farmer at first light, learn each step from cherry to cup, and end with a quiet cupping session of your own beans.

Arrival & The Land
Arrival in the Central Highlands near Da Lat or Buon Ma Thuot. Settle into the farmhouse. Late-afternoon walk through the plantation as harvest workers finish the day. Dinner with the farming family.

Harvest

The Cup
Cupping session led by the farm's head roaster. Take home 500g of beans you helped process. Return toward Da Lat or Buon Ma Thuot with scenic stops.
