Itinerary

08:30 AM – Pick-up in Hanoi

Our driver and English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel. Transfer comfortably to Van Long Nature Reserve in Ninh Binh.

Arrival & Short Break

Take a short rest at Golden Rice Restaurant before starting the countryside activities.

Countryside Cycling (1–1.5 hours)

Enjoy an easy, scenic ride through traditional villages of Vietnam’s Northern Delta. This gentle route is more than just beautiful views—it’s a window into everyday rural life: local farms, small family homes, rice paddies, and quiet village lanes framed by limestone hills.

Optional: If you’d like, we can stop to meet a local family for a short, friendly chat. If you prefer to keep the ride purely scenic and private, we’ll simply continue cycling and focus on landscapes and photo stops.

Lunch at Golden Rice Restaurant

Enjoy a delicious local lunch and recharge before the next part of the journey.

Sampan Boat Trip in Van Long (1.5–2 hours)

Slow down and soak in Van Long’s tranquil wetlands—often called a “bay without waves” thanks to its mirror-calm water. Glide between reeds, limestone cliffs, and hidden corners of the reserve.

Visit Dark Cave (Hang Tối) and keep your eyes open for wildlife. With a bit of luck, you may spot the rare Delacour’s Langur (white-headed leaf monkey) in its natural habitat. Your guide will also share insights about the landscape and local ecosystem.

Return to Hanoi

After the boat trip, return to the pier and drive back to Hanoi.

Tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.
